"Susan was only moderately familiar with the Methow Valley in north central Washington State when I asked her if she would sell my house there. But, she immediately made herself thoroughly knowledgeable about everything as soon as I asked her if she would sell my house for me! She promptly became an expert on the surrounding area and was able to price my home very competitively so I received an excellent price and a timely offer. She always made sure I had resources to respond to my questions or concerns if she was not available, and checked in with me regularly if I didn't call her. The buyers had a somewhat complicated offer which Susan was able to professionally navigate successfully; the process went smoothly and was concluded within my originally expected time. I definitely recommend Susan Jackson as an excellent negotiator and agent, and will have her manage any other transactions of this nature for me in the future."

"I had been trying to sell my equestrian property for about six years with no results. When I was introduced to Susan, it became very apparent that she had the equestrian knowledge and ambition I needed to find clients to look at my property. At first I was was a little apprehensive to accept some of the changes she suggested to upgrade my property, but I relented and realized in a very short time that she was right on target. Susan was able to sell my property not only in a fairly short time period but also rolled her sleeves up and helped get the property ready to show. I would recommend Susan to any property owner anxious to sell their property in a short timeframe.
